Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Memorial Artwork Studio creates custom artwork specifically for each client, our cancellation and refund policy is slightly different from that of a standard retail store.

Our goal is always to work with you fairly and reasonably.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you decide to cancel your order before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where no work has been performed, we may provide a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once work has started, part or all of the payment may become non-refundable because time and creative resources have already been dedicated to your project.

We will consider the circumstances of each request fairly.

Completed Artwork

Once custom artwork has been completed and delivered or approved by the client, the order is generally non-refundable.

If the finished artwork does not reasonably follow the agreed project requirements, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, make reasonable corrections.

Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about your order or payment, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly and fairly.
